Lt. Colonel Mark Rudo, CAP
Chief of Staff - Operations, Delaware Wing
Lt. Col. Mark Rudo serves as the Delaware Wing Chief of Staff for Operations. Previously, he served as the Wing Director of Operations and assistant director of safety. Originally assigned to the Coastal Base Memorial Composite Squadron in Georgetown, Lt. Col. Rudo served various staff positions at that squadron before moving to Wing staff.
Lt. Col. Rudo has completed level IV of the professional development program and received the Paul Garber Award. He holds a master's rating in safety and administration and senior rating in emergency services and personnel.
Operationally, Lt. Col. Rudo carries qualifications as an Incident Commander 1, Communications Unit Leader, Mission Safety Officer, Mission Observer, Ground Team Member and Ground Team Leader. He also has a qualification as a Liaison Officer and has completed assignments at the CAP section at FEMA Headquarters.
