The Command Staff of the Delaware Wing consists of the following:

The Wing Commander has overall responsibility for all operations in the Wing.
The Vice-Commander is the wing commander’s principal advisor and assistant on all matters related to the management of the wing’s squadrons.
The Chief of Staff serves the wing commander by overseeing the support staff and as an advisor on all matters related to the management of the wing’s headquarters unit.
The Chief of Staff Operations serves the wing commander overseeing operations and emergency services in the wing.
The Command NCO is responsible for advising the Commander and Wing Staff on mission effectiveness, professional development, training and utilization of the Command's NCOs and takes action to address shortfalls and challenges.
